Pratham aims to build both literacy skills and self-confidence through activities that government schools typically do not include in the curriculum. Students also learn the concept of time and how to tell time.
Vishal has come a long way. When he joined the Balwachan, he could not hold a pencil properly. Now, he can identify and write the alphabet and numbers. His teachers say that he is extremely sharp. He loves poems and stories and is very fond of drawing pictures of trees, birds and animals. When he grows up, Vishal aspires to be a painter.
Thanks to your donation, Vishal is now a writer, reader, and budding artist. Thank you for making this possible.
