Khushboo wants to work in the Civil Services

Thank you for ensuring that 35 children like Khushboo are enrolled in Pratham’s Read India program for a year.
Eleven year old Khushboo is enrolled at the Pratham Learning Centre at Shivpuri, New Delhi. After joining the Center, she has lernt to read stories with fluency in both Hindi and English. Her Mathematics has also improved. Her father is a tailor and her mother is a housewife. She wants to be a Collector when she grows up. She knows that to become one, she needs to first clear the very competitive Civil Services examinations, but she is willing to give it a try.
Your donations will ensure that 35 children like Khushboo are enrolled in Pratham’s Read India program where they are provided need-based instruction in reading, writing and basic arithmetic to bring them to the literacy levels expected of children their age.
