Thank you for coming together to ensure that Bhawani and nineteen others like her get a good education.
Seven year old Bhawani from Hyderabad feared numbers until last year. Addition and subtraction was a nightmare as she would get confused between different digits. She overcame her fear when she was introduced to Pratham’s fun way of adding and subtracting through currency notes. In just a few months, she has progressed really fast, and today, she can even multiply with ease.
Your donation, Pallavi, Ada, Kanchan, Siddharth, Priya, Richa, Neeta, and Janet, would ensure that Bhawani and 19 other children like her are enrolled in Pratham’s Read India program where they are provided need-based instruction in reading, writing and basic arithmetic to bring them to the literacy levels expected of children their age.
Thank you for doing your bit to ensure that “every child in India is in school and doing well.”
